The product
Telia’s customer app is the primary digital touchpoint for their customers in Norway. It covers subscription management, top-ups and data packages, and oversight of mobile, internet, TV and mobile broadband services, all in one place.
What I did
I led a complete redesign of the app. Working closely with Telia’s designers, I built a cohesive design system so every screen looks and behaves the same way, then rebuilt the flows on top of it. The result is a more consistent, faster app that is easier to extend.
- Design system with shared components, tokens and motion, replacing years of one-off screens.
- Self-service flows for subscriptions, purchases and service overview, backed by a GraphQL API.
- CI on GitHub Actions so every change is built, tested and shipped the same way.
Stack
Flutter and Dart on the client, GraphQL for data, Firebase for analytics and messaging, Figma for design collaboration.
